ThermaSlab Comfort & Radiant FAQ

Clear answers about the two ThermaSlab product lines, surface choices, comfort evidence, and current pricing.

Which ThermaSlab line is non-heated?

ThermaSlab Comfort is the non-heated Basic Line. It is the comfort-first option with no integrated radiant heating. Explore Comfort.

Which line includes hydronic radiant heating?

ThermaSlab Radiant is the Premium Line. It adds integrated hydronic radiant heating designed to connect to a boiler or heat-pump water heater. Explore Radiant.

What does independent research say about cushioned-floor comfort?

Independent studies of cushioned flooring generally report subjective comfort benefits, but findings vary. No independent verification of gel-floor or ThermaSlab-specific comfort performance was found. These studies do not support clinical pain-relief claims.

When do I choose a surface?

Choose the product line first: Comfort for a non-heated, comfort-first floor, or Radiant for integrated hydronic heating. Then review the eight named surface choices and confirm availability for your project.

Are published prices final?

Comfort's listed dollar ranges are preliminary planning estimates, not approved or final prices. Final pricing is unconfirmed and requires a quote. Contact us through the distribution page for current pricing information.
