Pilot Program · ThermaSlab

Become a ThermaSlab pilot installer.

A small-batch program for contractors who want to put the panel on a real project this season — factory-direct pricing, install support from our crew, and a co-branded case study from the build.

Eligibility

We're working with a limited number of pilot installers per quarter. To be considered, you'll need to meet the following:

  • Licensed general contractor or builder with a current US or Canadian license.
  • At least one project in scoping or early bid stage (not yet committed to a subfloor system).
  • Heated project square footage between 500 and 5,000 sq ft.
  • Willing to share install photos, heat-up metrics, and a short homeowner quote for a case study.
  • Project located in the United States or Canada.

What's included in a pilot install

  • Factory-direct panel pricing on the first order (see pricing below).
  • On-call install support from the ThermaSlab crew for the duration of your install.
  • Pre-install scoping call to confirm heat-load math, panel layout, and finish interface.
  • Priority scheduling for your next production slot after the pilot completes.
  • Co-branded case study writeup you can hand to prospects (see /contractor-results for examples).
  • Listing in our installer directory once the project is complete.

Indicative pricing

Pilot pricing locks in for the duration of the program (one project per installer) and rolls into standard list pricing afterward.

Standard list
$17.50
per sq ft installed panel
Available after the pilot program or for non-pilot installers today.
Pilot savings
20%
off the standard list price
Pilot panels are priced $3.50/sq ft below list on a $17.50 baseline.
Compare against the $6.50/sq ft premium over conventional subfloor + electric radiant math on the ROI calculator — pilot pricing narrows that gap by more than half on the first install.

Two weeks after install, we do a 20-minute wrap-up call to capture heat-up times, labor stats, and a homeowner quote for the case study.
