The polished pitch deck, the problem we solve, the market wedge we're claiming, and the round we're raising — consolidated into one shareable URL for investor outreach.
The problem. Hydronic radiant floor heating has been the gold standard for comfort and efficiency for sixty years, but every new install is still a custom trade job — manifold, PEX routing, boiler sizing, on-site finish tiling, weeks of crew time per floor. Custom-builders and homeowners accept the comfort premium because there's no structural shortcut. Our solution. ThermaSlab is a factory-built radiant floor panel: structural EPS, factory-routed PEX, elastomeric gel-cushion, and finish flooring integrated into one drop-in unit that replaces subfloor, heating system, underlayment, and finish floor in a single step. Crews install a first floor in a few days instead of weeks; the homeowner gets warm wood under bare feet the next morning.
Raising $1.5M seed to scale panel production from pilot install base to series production. Use of funds: 40% tooling and line capacity for the larger-format panel, 35% regional install crew network across three pilot metros, 15% sales and pilot-conversion on the contractor pipeline, 10% working capital. Target close: end of Q4, with a soft circle from current angel investors covering ~$650K of the round.
