Hydronic radiant floor heating has been the gold standard for comfort and efficiency for sixty years. Every new install is still a custom trade job — manifold, PEX routing, boiler sizing, on-site finish tiling, weeks of crew time per floor. Custom-builders and homeowners accept the comfort premium because there’s no structural shortcut.
ThermaSlab was founded to take that shortcut. We combine structural EPS, factory-routed PEX, an elastomeric gel-cushion, and finish flooring into a single drop-in panel that replaces subfloor, heating system, underlayment, and finish floor in one step. The result is a first floor crews can install in days instead of weeks, and a homeowner waking up to warm wood under bare feet by the next morning.
Our mission is to make warm floors the default on every new-construction and rehab project that crosses the slab — not the upgrade. That is what the company, the pilot installer program, and the wholesale-shelf pitch are all pointed at.

Runs the pilot installer program, walks contractor crews through their first install, and turns the early-build feedback into the install-guide revisions and ABC-Supply-rep training that follows. Owns the on-site side of every pilot build.
